Lisa Watts graduated from the Nicholas School of the Environment in 2024, with a MEM in Coastal Environmental Management. She lives in Longmont, CO with her husband and two daughters. Lisa was born and raised in Denton, Texas; and she and her family have since lived in several locations across the U.S. and overseas. They settled in Colorado a few years ago. She continues to be enthusiastic about exploring new cultures and places and loves to travel.
Lisa is Head of Strategic Growth Programs at Astra Service Partners, a commercial services investment company, based in Boulder, Colorado. She leads HR, Safety, and Astra University, among other strategic programs. Lisa has two decades of experience in business and strategic planning, leadership development, program and project management, and business transformation.
